1 Do you offer any discounts for payments with Bank wire, Western Union and Moneygram

Yes, we offer discounts for all of those payment methods. Bank wire payments are eligible for a 5% discount; Moneygram is eligible for an 8% discount off the amount of the entire order.

2 How do I know if my PP payment is received?

As soon we check your PP payment, we will change the status of your order to “Payment Received” and you will receive a notification for that. Usually, PP payments are checked within 12-24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since you paid via PP and the status of your order has not been changed, please contact us at,  so we can give you a confirmation.

3 How do I know when my Bank wire payment is received?

Typically, Bank wire transfers take at least 3-5 business days until we receive them in our account. Once we check your payment has arrived in our bank account, we will immediately change the status of your order to “Payment Received” and you will receive a notification for that. If it has been over 5 business days since you sent the bank wire payment and your status has not been changed, please feel free to contact us at so we can give you an update.

4 How long does it take until a refund is received in my account?

The usual circumstance in which we issue refunds is when the watch you have ordered has turned out to be sold out. If you paid via credit card, it will take 3-5 weeks before the refund is credited back to your card. If you paid via Moneygram or Western Union, we will send a PP payment within 24 hours of our receiving your PP ID. If the order is paid via PP, we will certainly simply refund the PP payment.

5 My credit card was charged more than I was expecting. Why?

International Credit Card Bank charges occurs by sender bank , middle bank, our bank so the charges is various by difference bank.
1. A Chinese Merchant name will be shown on your billing statement. It's the account that we registered with the bank.
2. According to the foreign exchange rate of the bank, the amount showing on your statement will be a bit different from the price on seller's website.

However, if you have been overcharged just a tiny fraction above the price you were expecting, please accept our apology and advice to use another payment method with your next order because it will most likely happen again if you use a credit card.
